Christophe Nambotin, No.1 GAS GAS Factory Rider will compete in the last round of the 2009 British Enduro Championship on September 26th / 27th.

The superb ‘Natterjack’ event organized by the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME) will host the event at the usual Longmoor venue.

Bringing this World Enduro Championship rider to the UK will raise the profile of this final round, especially as Christophe has just convincingly won the French WEC event last weekend. He not only won E3 both days he won the ‘scratch’ which means he beat everyone both days.

He is currently the man on form and I am pleased he has agreed to race the ‘Natterjack’. He will be riding his usually GAS GAS EC300 in the Championship E3 Class, but I’m sure he’ll be wanting to win the overall. Christophe does not ‘play games’ and will ride to win.

This will be awesome to watch especially with Knighter back on form and together with the rest of the British stars..

‘Nambo’ will join his Gasser UK team mates for the weekend Ashley Wood and Luke Meredith under the Steve Plain / GGUK tent.
