GGUK Enduro rider Fred Adams clinched his first British Enduro Championship title yesterday at the superb DISS MCC http://www.dissmcc.co.uk/MUNTJAC_CL.Res3_2017.pdf organised final round of the British Enduro Championship.
Fred did enough yesterday to secure the Clubman BEC title aboard his 2018 EC300RACING.
Fred has done the ‘clubman double’ this year as he has also won the Clubman Class British Extreme Championship title.
A big congrats from both myself and GGUK and thank you for having the confidence in GG to change brands half way through the season. ????
We also had a young MX superstar riding his very first BEC event. 16 years old Ben Clark borrowed a 2018 EC250RACING and went straight into the Expert Class for this final BEC round. Ben had an awesome ride finishing 8th overall in the Expert Class and 5th best under 23 rider. I was impressed with Ben ‘cleaning’ the last lap/check with ease.
We also had our reliable young extreme specialist Dawson Marriot in action at the WOR events Team Extreme race.
Dawson was 2nd overall to winner and established Expert rider Charlie Frost. Only these two riders completed 7 laps.
Yet another superb result from young Dawson.
Shame I let the Team down this weekend finishing a poor 10th in the Vets Class at the BEC but we won’t mention that…. ????
