JSTGGUK / Inch Perfect rider DAN PEACE is the new 2017 British Super-trial Trials Champion!
This 3 round Championship concluded yesterday at the fantastic Addingham Moorside venue superbly organised by the Yeadon and Guisley MCC. All three rounds have been excellent and congratulations and thankyou to all three clubs. I hope this championship continues and grows.
Dan Peace won Round 1 at Scarborough, 2nd last Sunday at North Berks and a 5TH yesterday was enough for Dan to clinch the Championship. A well deserved Championship win for Dan who is very on form at the moment looking forward to the back half of the season. I hope Dan can continue this form on to the last two WTC rounds in Czecho and Italy.
The event yesterday was won by guest rider and World No2 Adam Raga with Factory No.1 GASGAS rider JAMES DABILL a very close 2nd. Dibs was World Class yesterday and looked as good as Adam. He fived section 7 in the final after dislodging the very necessary kicker with his front wheel whilst lining up. Apart from this Dibs was a an even match for on form Raga.
JSTGGUK / Cloburn rider JACK PRICE was 3rd and looked back to his best after a recent dip in form. Good to see JP buzzing with confidence yesterday on the big dry WTC style sections.
JSTGGUK rider MICHAEL BROWN again produced a world class performance yesterday in a very confident mood finishing 4th. Michael is riding well at the moment and reminded his BTC rivals that his British Championship assault is not finished yet. He intends to fight until the end at the final two rounds in Scotland in a months’ time.
JSTGGUK rider JACK PEACE had a great day loving the big sections. A few crashes didn’t faze Jack and he did well in the heats into the semi’s and just missed the grand final in a ‘head to head’ with his brother Dan. Jack was 6th overall which is a fantastic result.

The podium shows James Dabill as the winner because Adam Raga was only a guest rider.
Also congratulations to the GG Girls who had a British Championship round on Saturday. JSTGGUK girl Nikita Smith was 4th and Louise Alford was 5 in the main Championship Class.
Catherine Alford was 2nd in her Intermediate Class.
GG rider Olivia Brooksbank won the Girls British B class championship this finishing the season wining 6 rounds out of 6 !
Well-done to all !
