GAS GAS UK Enduro Team were busy at the weekend with two events..
First was Round 2 of the 2019 British Enduro Sprint Championship on Saturday.
GGUK rider Alex Snow is back racing after his infected foot injury. Alex only planned to ride Round 2 and not the Sundays Round 3 as the wound on his heal is still not 100% fixed.
After a quick fall in test one Alex settled at pulled back to P2 and Runner up behind winner Jack Eddy. Good solid result and great to see him back on the GAS !
Chris Hockey supported GAS GAS rider Luke Parker is racing hard most weekends now and mixing in with the Championship riders. Luke was P6 Saturday and P7 Sunday Championship Class.
Steve Plain supported GAS GAS rider Mark Hilier Rees was P19 Saturday and P16 Sunday Expert Class
John Shirt was P1 Saturday Vet Class.
The second event for the weekend was Round 3 of the www.worevents.com WES Championship.
GGUK rider Gethin Humphreys has won again!

Gethin Humphreys on the immaculate #2 machine made his intentions clear from the start as he blasted away from the chasing group, the 300 2t GasGas sounding amazing as he pushed with all his might in every corner and on every straight. This race meant a lot to Gethin, it was the 11th year of the Aled Evans Memorial Shield and Gethin wanted his name on the Shield for the 3rd time, becoming the only person to do so, He did it with a 4-minute winning advantage over Runner Up, Jack Cadwallader….
